Hi Team-- we've just started to transition our org over to Lightning and I have a quick problem with Lightning Record Pages.  Is there a global setting where I can set the default tab to "Details"?  I looks like the default is always "related" unless a custom record page has been built and the default updated.  We have a number of objects and page layouts in our org that are just a few custom fields and very few (if any) related lists, so "details" is almost always our preference for the default tab.

If there isn't a way to set this default tab globally, It seems like I'll need to create at least one Lightning Record page for each object...is that what most of you have done anyway?  Is it a general guideline that you'd want a Lightning Record page even for the smallest of objects?
