We leverage our partner business org to catch errors that are uncaught in our managed package and issues that we have logged from our managed package. Also noteworthy, every single one of our customer's production orgs is registered in our Environment Hub.

We feel that there is a lot of value in being able to directly relate our licenses, application errors, and other metadata to the Environment Hub Members directly.
