@Next Best Action I'm looking into implementing NBA with the free 5,000 page views/refreshes per month; what happens after that 5,000 limit is hit? Does the component just display no recommendations, does it keep displaying and we get billed for anything over 5k, etc.? I haven't found this in any documentation or Trailhead modules yet. Thanks!

as we've already exceeded the 5k allowance, we are thinking about reducing number of recommendations & also limit to just specific profiles can view those ENBA recommendations, would that reduce the total number of ENBA requests please? TIA
