Has anyone else run into the problem of not seeing the Salutation field when you are comparing records before merging in Lightning? The Salutation field doesn’t show up no matter what I do. I opened a support case and the agent confirmed that it didn’t show up in his demo environment, but wasn’t able to make it a known issue or forward to the developer team.

It seems my only recourse is to post an idea and hope it gets noticed by the developers. I’d appreciate upvotes to help it gain traction (https://success.salesforce.com/ideaView?id=0873A0000015AJGQA2). If anyone has any other ideas on how to report this as an issue, I'd appreciate that, too. Salutation is a standard Salesforce field, so it should show up when merging and I'm not sure why this doesn't count as a known issue.
