Hi All, 

I need help after getting confused reading so many articles 

I am looking for an option to show Community Portal user means external users to view /download files .Files should be stored in Folders and different folder may have different level of visibility 

When I tried adding files as an internal user , my external users are not able to access it , can you guys share your experience how you have implemented such requirement
