Hello Everyone!!

I need assistance in calculating Run Rate, essentially the percent a sales rep is at in their goal based on the day. For example, if the goal is 100 dollars and they are half way through the month and they have made 50 dollars, then their run rate would be 100%. 

Im really stumped and could use help!
