@Waheeba Kaboud With the Dashboard Pal, a component from the app exchange your end users can customize the dashboards on their home page.

Here is a helpful trail that shows how to customize. Also if you are an admin you can also assign specific home pages based on org wide defaults, app defaults, and at the app and profile level.
