I created a sandbox so that I could see how Give Lively would integrate with SalesForce.  I log in to sandbox;  go to marketplace; click to download; prompted to open a new log-in page.  On that page, my password -- that just worked in opening the sandbox-- is wrong.   What am I doing wrong? I've tried both my instance user name and my sandbox user name and reset the sandbox password. (I'm the admin.) What am I doing wrong?
