Sir I am not able to link my salesforce and trailhead account on which I have done some modules.As I have used mail id (sushmanandiyawar5621@gmail.com)to register in salesforce and trailhead..

But the thtracker mailid received is on the basis of mail id (suvarna5621@gmail.com) given to the central placement cell.What should I do now? should I make new account in salesforce and trailhead with (suvarna5621@gmail.com).

Today technical mentor had come to interact he said that I can link my two trailhead accounts.whats the procedure to link my two trailhead accounts ,so that my previous work could also be considered.
