I'm having a hard time understanding how CRM Content is rendered in Files in Lightning. There are many knowledge articles online explaining the differences between the two, but I'm unclear what functionality is lost in Lightning.
1) How to access files that were in CRM Content in Files once CRM Content is enabled in Lightning?
2) What functionality is not available in Lightning related to CRM Content?
3) What happens to the Related Content related lists in Lightning? If they are not accessible in Lightning, how do users access the records associated to them?
4) Is there any 'migration' of data needed to use Content in Lightning?

Currently working on this as well. I have also read those articles. I'm going to do my best to explain because I feel that there's not a good summary out there and anyone here is welcome to add.
The basics:
- Libraries and Content are tabs in Classic that get combined into one tab in Lightning called Files
- Libraries are found under the Files tab
- Notes and attachments are being replaced by Enhanced Notes and Files respectively
- Users can now still access their attachments in Lightning, but uploading them will be as a File
- When users used to click on an attachment it would show up in a new tab, now that changed and it opens a preview in the window.
- Make sure to add the proper Lightning related lists to your page layouts (Files, Notes)
- Files can be organized into Libraries into folders
- Files also come with sharing capabilities that Content doesn't have
- Make sure when all is done to check the setting that prevents users from uploading their docs as attachments
-If you use Libraries, there content portion in Classic is going to look very different. It's going to have more features so you should make sure to tell your users what to expect.

As of now, I can't find a way of looking at the exact number of Content Uploads I have made. I can see the Apex Job Batches, but 1 batch can contain anywhere from 1-100.
