I'm having an issue with a macro that seems to have broken recently and I can't figure out what the issue is.
Our Lightning record page uses the accordion component. Activity is inside of it, but not the default option (which hasn't been a problem before). The macro is getting stuck on step 2 saying the action isn't available. I've tried deleting and re-adding the quick action part of the macro to no avail.* I've also tried running the quick action on its own and it works just fine on that record, so there's no data integrity issue preventing the action from executing.
I'm at a loss for what might be causing this - ideas?
* I have to change Activity to my default to edit the macro, which is super annoying, and then change it back.

No, I built it all out as part of a project and it rolled out that way. The action was part of the page sidebar, but always included in a collapsed pane in the accordion. I'm thinking they must have happened to have that section expanded when they ran the macro.
