It seems like there's a bug in the logic of Lightning component visibility. I built a visualforce page that shows two custom Account fields. I did this because I'm replacing some Classic S-Controls that add color formatting to those fields on the Case object in Classic.

The VF page is in a VF component on the record page and looks great. My problem is the logic; Lightning is applying the logic incorrectly. I've attached an image, but basically I've said if both fields on the page are blank, hide the component. Instead, if only one field is blank, the component won't appear. My support agents value every bit of real estate, so I really want to hide this if there's no information to display, but as it stands, I can't because the logic is faulty.

I have tried doing All Conditions must be true and I've also tried it with custom logic and 1 AND 2.

Anyone got any ideas?
