Hi All,

I made a dashboard in Lightning and didn’t put it in a private folder (I put it under the “All Folders”). I provided the URL on my dashboard page to a user, who is “marketing user” role. However, he can’t access that dashboard via that URL. I also tried that “subscribe” button in the dashboard page and put him as a recipient, but there’s an “subscription unsuccessful” error message (attached the screenshot).

Does anyone know what and how can I fix the issue is here?
