From what I understand of the online documentation, archived activities should be visible in the Activity Timeline if you click "Load More Past Activities". However we have an account that has one (Archived) task when viewed in Classic, but the "Load More Past Activities" button is greyed out in Lightning and no activities are displayed. There are no filters applied. However, only the WhoID (not whatID) is populated on the activity and no Type/Subtype is populated. Why is there not an option to load past archived activities for this record?

@Anand Rohra and @Ying Wang thank you so much for doing a lot to fix the Tasks Display issue in Winter 20, but we still have a huge issue of not being able to see attachments. There is still however NO WAY To see the Attachments on Tasks nor that the Task EVEN HAS AN ATTACHMENT in Lighnting, unless you either go into each Task and see if there is an Attachment. Moving Attachments to files is a terrible process, and a one-off process at best. But yet attachments on Tasks and Emails are still happening every day. There are so many apps that just do not deal with files yet. We are still missing Key information in Lightning. This idea https://success.salesforce.com/ideaView?id=08730000000cHYhAAM says that nothing is going to be done about it and use one of these 3 components. One is great but does not show Attachments, one shows Attachments but is terrible, and one is paid. I would really really like to know more about the statement "However, we have learned that this approach doesn’t scale for all customers". Sure, but why punish ALL customers, why not have it as an option. Please I would really like to talk through with you further about this, and would love you to come and chat to the MVPs through our reglular PM discussion enagements.
