Hi Sridhar, I saw you offered to help others who posted issues on the app - Lightning Carousel and Banner.

I wanted to use it on our site to help with branding. We were fine just using it with a static image (as a banner) but I have not had any luck getting images to display. We host image on a Office 365 cloud based sharepoint server. I thought I had read this is ok. The image link is something is something like https://sbhq.sharepoint.com/:x:/x/shareddocs/EcsTFOlPrNBAjp8VYd1EbaAIMm2EBuOtZr6Q6Qw?e=yXy2CN. The image is a bmp. 

I can past the link in a browser and view the image fine, but not in the banner component. I saw a post mentioning browser issues..we are using Chrome. What is typical reason users have that cause this?
