Require guidance on Einstein Activity Capture for Sales Cloud (100 user license):

1) Support team (through a case) confirmed that the Activity Capture feature is activated on rolling basis for Sales cloud existing customers - expected to complete by early July. so for existing sales cloud users, Activity Capture option may not appear in the setup till the activation is done for the instance. a confirmed date on activation would be helpful here.

2) in the meantime, I registered for a new developer edition which includes Einstein Activity capture license enabled. The challenge is with setting up the connection - details below:

a) I am not finding an option to setup Gmail connection and not able to find relevant topic in any of the release resources available

b) I see the option 'Microsoft Exchange Settings' under Einstein> Einstein Sales>Einstein Activity Capture. On clicking 'New,  it shows a form for setting up new connection. I am finding it difficult to understand the details required on this form. for example - what does each of these mean, where does it come from/what values we should use?

Configuration Name, Server URL, Username, Email, Password etc.,  (attached screen shot)

3) In general, what is the role of admin in the setup - whether the admin will only setup the connection with exchange server and the individual users are expected to connect their accounts through an option under personal settings ? Looking for instructions for both Admin and the Salesforce business users to connect their account.

4) Finally what would be the impact when both activity capture and lightning sync are enabled. We have lightning sync enabled which is currently syncing calendar events from exchange server. Will enabling Activity Capture duplicate the event records or does both these features coordinates and sync only ones. Or should we disable Lightning Sync option?
