Unsure if this is the best place to ask this.

We are on Lighting and have implemented Recurring Tasks in Lighting.  Sometimes my users create a Task and then later want to make it a recurring task.  When they hit edit the Recurring Task checkbox is visible by not clickable.  I was wondering if there is someway to make it clickable to turn a Task into a Recurring Task.  If this is not possible is there some way with Lighting to hid this checkbox for previously created Tasks?
