Does anyone know of a training program for SF Admins to learn Lightning ? (aside from the 5 day course Salesforce offers) ? Or is Trailhead the best way to get well rounded with Lightning? I would appreciate it if you can give your insight into your Lightning Admin transition from Classic and what steps you took to succeed.

If you have the Lightning Now tour coming to a town near you (2 days of free training - 1 aimed at admins and one at developers) I'd highly recommend you attend - was well worth it for me last year, and I'll be heading to another in a month or so.
