I need to do app customization for one of my users, they aren't tech savvy at all. Can I log in as them to make their changes?

Just one caveat to what @Xander Mitman said - if you have Salesforce Lightning Essentials or Salesforce Lightning Professional, this functionality isn't available. The company I'm with right now only has Professional, so we can't login as others.
