Any ETA on when Lightning Dashboard subscriptions are going to be fixed? This was a new feature in the Spring Release - but there is a Known Issue that is preventing existing Lightning dashboards from correctly sending the email. Don't know how a brand new feature doesn't work in production - weeks after the release - but really hope it gets fixed soon!

Hi Chris,
Apologies for the inconvenience. This bug was fixed in a patch release, which is scheduled to be deployed today at 2:00pm for EU* instances, 6:00pm for NA* instances, and 3/2 8:00am for AP* instances.
Please let me know if you're still seeing any issues after the patch was deployed.
