Had a conversation with my Account Exec @Adam Cress and a CSM @Hrishi Kulkarni about forthcoming #Service Bots coming in Summer '18.

Anyone know if this bot functionality is going to be part of the (1.) Service Cloud offering – which we pay for, or (2.) packaged into something else that will bring with it an additional cost?

The question is not without concern because I’m seeing some re-branding by Salesforce around these being called “Einstein Bots” and I think Salesforce will try to charge us now for the feature bundled elsewhere.
