Disabling creation of contact from lightning for outlook.
We have enabled lightning for outlook, but contacts are not created by users manually. So we want to disable the functionality of creating contacts in lightning for outlook. Currently I don't see any option to disable that. Is there any way by which we could disable adding email users as contacts in salesforce.
Or else
Is there any identifier on contact by which I would be able to identify whether the contact is coming from lighting for outlook and put a validation rule to prevent it.

You will be able to do so in Spring '18, as all person-related actions included in Lightning for Outlook's Publisher Layout (in the org setup) will be presented to the Outlook user when an email address does not match anyone in Salesforce. If you remove all such actions from that publisher layout, then no actions will be presented.
