We are planning to move to lightning soon and are thinking of going with the smaller groups first.I ran the readiness report and found some data clean up before roll out so my question is but what should be the next step after data cleanup? How should we proceed?

Hi @Neha Trivedi Having a Pilot Group worked wondered for us in our Lightning journey. I am not sure what you mean by Data Cleanup but once we had the Pilot Group, first step was to make them understand the Power of Lightning. We identified '13ReasonsWhy' :) they should move to Lightning and focused on getting them right.
Also, got a bi-weekly release in place in the initial months. That ways we could deliver quick changes swiftly and users saw more benefits.
