I'm having trouble getting an object to be listed in the drop down items in the Sales Console. For example, this is updated in the Selected Items (app manager, sales console editing). Screenshots to follow. What am I missing?!

One other thing worth looking at, if the object is a part of a managed package, you'd want to ensure that if a license is required that it has been extended to the user that is missing the tab.
