What is a good estimate of how long to take for transition before actually flipping the switch ?#lightninglounge

@Chris Eley Hey, thanks for the info. I was trying to estimate a timeline based on a project deliverable for a team that is also moving to Lightning and to cases so double whammy. But it's all good and I'm looking forward to mapping out milestones to meet that date; as well as use the great ideas from the #lightninglounge webinar.
