
Regarding Scoring, is there a sweet spot for inputs? I would assume if too many inputs you are spending too much time "checking the heat" and not interacting with customers. What is the balance? Also can you show open note fields next to the scoring, kind of like a note feature.... then once converted to Opp, do we lose the scoring or would it migrate over? Thanks for a great session.

To your question about note fields: in addition to adding "help text" on the field itself, you can create custom text fields and place them next to each of the scores if you'd prefer. (Or you could have a single text field where users can input a summary of scoring notes - this might be more efficient.) From there, you are free to map your custom Lead fields to your custom Account/Contact/Opportunity fields as you wish. Perhaps worth noting that Lead scoring will often rely on different parameters than Opportunity scoring (since the deal is at a much earlier stage as a Lead), so the Lead score may not carry the same value/weight on the Opportunity once it's converted.
