Mystery on the Campaigns with Influenced Opportunities standard report type! We've enabled Customizable Campaign Influence but using the standard "100% to Primary" model. Auto-association is enabled, but no additional influence rules. The "migrate Campaign Influence" box is not checked. We want to see all of the campaigns attributed to Contact Roles + the Primary Campaign from the opportunity (like it was before we enabled Customizable). With Campaign Influence 1.0, we could delete campaigns from the influence, but with Customizable, we cannot. Even when I delete a record from the CampaignInfluence table with the API/workbench, the record is gone from that table, but still shows up in the Campaigns with Influenced Opportunities report type. Why is that? Where does that report type get its data? @Reports & Dashboards
But they’re not added back to the actual opportunity record in the Campaign Influence record…how long does it take before I would see them added back to the Opportunity? I would think when I run the report immediately after deleting through the API, I would not see records on the report that I can’t see on the opportunity.
We need to delete influence when the Primary Campaign was added incorrectly or when a contact role is added incorrectly.
