We're testing out email templates in Lightning and have some questions I hope you guys can help with:
1. According to this document the only permission a user needs in order to create a template is the "Send Email" permission. Is there a way to take away permission to create templates without taking away the permission to send emails? Historically we've had some issues with reps creating their own.

2. If user creates a Lightning Template is there a way to limit who can access the template? For example we may want to only share it with a specific profile or group.
Sharing to Public Groups would work best for us. Because we have managers that cross over to different profiles and roles Public Groups allow us a little more customization of what they see and help us keep things a little cleaner with their direct and indirect reports.
I'll go ahead and put an idea on the idea exchange for restricting creating templates. Thanks.
