I opened up a case, 16747517 that Login As access appears to be impacted in my org on NA23. When logged in as a Lightning Experience User (such as myself) and attempting to press Login As, the system will loop and flash the birds twice and then will terminate but will not complete the login as process. Has anyone else seen similar issues? Maybe its org-specific ..?
