Is anyone else having an issue logging in as another user since the Summer '17 release? I found documentation that this was a prior known issue resolved in the Spring '16 release, but I am having the exact same issue now that Summer '17 was released.

Yep, I just noticed it today. I remember this happening back in Winter 17 awhile back. I was trying to login from Lightning Experience to another user who also is enabled with lightning experience. The good news is that logging in from Classic to Lightning as that user worked great for me.
