In the Summer '17 release notes it mentions that there's an app on AppExchange available for converting Attachments to Files. How can I get access to this to try out in my pre-release org?

I'm wanting to determine if this new app by Salesforce completely supercedes my open source project so I know if I should still invest in it or not.
