Hi All,
We do have several mandatory fields for each and every opportunity stage. Having said that there are mandatory related lists as well to be filled for every stage.
When a user is not aware to fill in any of the related list and he starts up with filling the opportunity details, he/she has to cancel the form he is editing , go back to related list update it and come back again to fill up the opportunity form.
Does any one has a methodology or a design to simplify this process?
It should be work with an combination of record types and an Process with PB i think ...
Create for each Stage an different Record Type with Different Page Layout and mandatory Fields.
Then Create an PB-Process with some Rules for show this or that Record Type based on the Stage.
