Hello Salesforce BAs! I would like your feedback. We are doing some clean-up of fields and sections on case records in my org. I need to conduct elicitation with business users to find out which fields and case records they use, how they use them, how they define each field/section, and whether or not we can remove things from the layout. Hi There is one app called Field Trip in App Exchange and this app will help you firstly to know all the un-used fields. Once that is determined, for remaining once it is very easy to ask business to check and let you know which are less or unwanted or duplicate process fields.
