Hi, folks.  I need to send a mass email with some hyperlinks.  It seems this can only be done with an html template (not text or custom).  However, we're set up so that the html template has letterhead, which I do not want in this instance.  How can I set up another html template option that does not involve the letterhead?  Thanks!
