There is currently an issue with access to the Webassessor site. We are working with our testing vendor to have this issue resolved as soon as possible. Hi Jane - this isn't a certification/Webassessor issue that I can help you with unfortunately. Rather a Salesforce access issue. Please contact your Administrator and or log a ticket with Salesforce Help!
