I have a couple questions for relating Files to records in Salesforce --

In Salesforce Classic, is it expected that there's no "Attach File" button on the Files related list?  I see I can add a file via the Chatter Feed, but was expecting to have the option to attach directly from the Files related list too.

In Lightning Experience, I see there's an "Upload a File" button on the Files related list...is it expected that I can only upload (I have the "Select Files from Salesforce" permission so was expecting to have the option to select files from Salesforce too)?  I see I have both options within Collaborate/Chatter and was expecting the same from the Files related list.
