Some of my sales team have been asking about "how the synching works." I told them that as soon as a file is updated on either their system, or in Salesforce, it will update the corresponding file promptly. They have been asking for a more detailed response and I haven't been able to find anything. Any help?

For reference, the reason that they're asking is that there are many times when they have a poor wireless connection and don't want to be jammed up with Files Synch pinging for updates and then tying up their bandwith with file updates. I told them that they can simply close out the application, but they were looking for more of an "on-off" switch.
