Hi all - I'm not sure this is the best place to post this, but we're looking at setting up Knowledge in our Service Cloud and I'm looking for some best practices. Specifically, do your article types match your case types? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

    @Rebecca Glasser Files is a different group, I would suggest contacting your AE to get a contact who can help you with Knowledge. Let me know if you can't find anyone.
