We've heard your feedback! The Salesforce Certification team is excited to introduce improved technology and a new experience for online proctored certification exams.

On November 3, 2013 we will launch a new version of our online proctoring software. This new online proctoring software will have improved compatibility across Windows and Macintosh operating systems, internet browsers, and an overall improved user experience.

Individuals who have an online proctored exam scheduled after November 3rd have received an email communication from us with detailed information about the changes for their exam sessions.
