I hoping to reach someone. I've opened a case and called. I had massive technical issues today signing on for my online proctored exam. I have documentation with support of the issues. I need to reschedule to an onsite for next week but I cannot accomplish this myself as webassessor says I'm currently taking or passed the exam, plus I need the funds paid to transfer over. I need to have this on schedule for next week by the end of today. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
