**NEWS FLASH** November was the Success Community's first month with ZERO unanswered questions in success.salesforce.com/answers. A HUGE thank you to the community members who are dedicated to helping their peers be successful. You never cease to amaze me. This in conjunction with our new Success Community Support Team members @Marija Jovanovic, @Sachin Das and @Dhananjaya Deevi pushing us from 80% answered to 100%! #Amazing

    @Roy Gilad, I'll leave @Erica Kuhl answer this one, as she's the person who has taken the community from vision to reality - I just get to take advantage of the fantastic ecosystem she's built.
