I have assets and for some assets there might be some periodical testing to keep the asset certified and usable. Testing now is by one clerk who prints a module, performs all the measurements in this module and write down results and finally sings the paper module and then the paper is archived.

I have this request: On the asset there might be a pdf which is the module, empty. The users would like to have something that opens the pdf, let them write on it (ideally on ipad with finger) , let them sign it and save the edited pdf consistently on the record.

Is there any appexchange pack that can do it or some other solution?

I am looking to send an email from Pardot to one company's prospects on a specific product. I would send it from the Assigned user. Is is possible to send this type of email with a PDF attachment through Pardot? If not do you recommend doing this through Salesforce?

Hi @Brandt Wagner is there a way to create a PDF attachment dynamic emails based on the record in the data extension (DE)? We have our international students w the require a graduations letter at the end of their program. So what we would like to do is when the student is added to our Graduation DE list they are sent a Locked PDF attachment with the details of their program pulled from the DE. I've checked with DocuSign, Adobe, and Nenxtex and none of them can accommodate our request.
