I have a Goals list and I want to display the Goals scorecard (not able to add other dimensions) along with other dimensions or how to create a table using Rich Text Editor and add goals in the table along with other dimension.

I understand that you would like to add a Dimension which is not included in the Goal Setup. Unfortunately this is not possible with Goal Widgets nor with Rich Text Widgets/ Custom Widgets. You can add Dimension hierarchy according to your requirements.
Lastly, other way to achieve this would be to not use Goals but leverage Calculated Measurements. The ideal workaround would be to basically recreate your goal calculations using calc measurements since this option would allow you to add other dimensions as you would with any other non-goals related use case.
