Remov type from field list on campaign member as related list

I'd like to remove "Type" from the selected field list in the campaign member related list on campaigns. Trying to do so pops an alert: 

Error: Type can't be removed and must be the first field in the related list. To remove, set another field as the Name field and the first field in the related list.

Could you point me to further information on this? How do I set a field as a name field, and what should I be aware of in doing so?

How do i push a campaign members list in Salesforce to the corresponding list in Pardot?

    So you want to create a list in Pardot of campaign members from a Salesforce campaign?

    I would make a dynamic list in Pardot (create a list and check the box for dynamic list). Select Prospect CRM campaign is <> and select the SFDC campaign from the dropdown.

    You can even go a step further if you need and also select the Prospect CRM campaign status and and drill down by if their status is sent or responded.
