Does anybody know if the latest version of the ADM201 exam notifies you of the number of correct answers for those questions which have more than one possible correct answer, ie multiple choice ?

I vaguely remember us touching on this but how are we creating 2 users when we only have 2 Salesforce licenses (one of which is our own)? Are we using 1 license for 2 users, deactivating and activating as we see fit?

Hey #ADM201WEST

ers,

Rewatched session 9, and I noticed that someone astutely mentioned the 8 apps that are available when one spins up a new org.

I came up with an acronym to help me remember them: SSSCCCAM (think SCAM with 3 Ss and 3 Cs).

This stands for:

Sales

SalesForce Chatter

Site.com

Call Center

Content

Community

App Launcher

Marketing

Hope others find this useful.

Hey #ADM201WEST

ers,

Just wanted to share something that took me some time to figure out last night...And forgive me in advance if this old hat for everyone else...

I wanted to correct our last homework assignment. Specifically I wanted to make sure that members of my org could view community customer portal members' cases.

I created a new case record type, page layout, queue, and a corresponding assignment rule to assign those cases to the queue.

Then, it was time to test. While testing, I ran into this ugly issue where, after pressing the Submit Case button, my customer community user would get a message saying "You have insufficient privileges....blah blah blah...." Boo! No bueno...So, after a bit of google searching, I discovered that communities have their OWN SET OF SHARING RULES! Crazy right?! It's true. Adding a community Sharing Set resolved the problem.

You can create them by going to Set-up > Communities > Settings > Sharing Sets
