Dynamic Actions for Standard Objects
Dynamic Actions for all standard objects, is now generally available for desktop. Previously, dynamic actions were generally available only for Account, Case, Contact, Lead, and Opportunity for desktop.
Dynamic actions for custom objects are also generally available for desktop and mobile.
Assign actions in the Lightning App Builder instead of the page layout, and apply filters to control when and where actions appear for users.

Limit the Number of Loaded Tabs in Console
You can now limit the number of tabs that can be loaded Lighting Experience. This will improve memory usage and the scalability of console sessions in LEX (Lightning Experience).

If you exceed the limit during a console session, this feature unloads your least recently used tabs until your tab limit is met. Unloaded tabs are still visible in your tab navigation, but they only reload their content when you click them.

With Spring ’23, you now have one more way to organize your reports and dashboards. Create a collection and add the reports & dashboards that you care about from multiple folders.
You can also “pin” important collections to your home page, hide irrelevant collections, and share collections with others.
Use this feature to create collection in your name, or group reports for “Operational” reports, “Management” reports etc.
