Getting an error when trying to complete this unit eventhough I completed the steps and it shows they were successful

It looks like the DX setup commands completed successfully, but Trailhead isn’t recognizing one of the required configurations.
I’d suggest first verifying that you’re connected to the same org/user shown in the Trailhead challenge and that the required Agentforce permissions are assigned to that user. Also make sure Agentforce is enabled in Setup.

If it still fails, creating a fresh Agentforce Playground and repeating the unit can resolve verification issues; similar Agentforce verification problems have been resolved this way in the Trailhead community.
