Hello, I am working on the "Defining Sharing Rules" module. I am unable to complete the exercise due to an error that appears when I submit it for verification; I have attached an image of the error.

I had the same issue and was able to bypass by doing the following:
I used the suggestion on the Trailhead Challenge Help under "Define Sharing Rules" and applied it to the "Program" object>Field "Type" > "View Field Accessibility" and had to manually set each to visible instead of hidden. .

"When you're creating the picklist, you'll be asked to set field level security and add the field to page layouts. We won't test on this, but go ahead and make the field Visible to all profiles and add it to all the page layouts for the Project object."
