For some reason I am not seeing the Case Type option. There's no choice of Case Type in the fields. Am I missing something? Account ID equal to the ID from the variable you created Asset ID equal to the Asset ID from the prior Get Records element Case Type equal to Equipment Malfunction

Please check whether Field-Level Security (FLS) is configured correctly for the field.
