@AMISHAA GUPTA Verify that you're referencing the output from the Predict Conversion Action element (API Name: Predict_Conversion). In some cases, Flow picks a similarly named resource from an Assignment or another resource type, which can't be used in a Text Template merge field. Try to re-select Predict_Conversion.factors from the Action/Variable output and ensure the action's API name matches the instructions exactly (Predict_Conversion).
